1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations (upon request)

All shipments from our EU warehouse (Poland stock) are handled with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms where applicable.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

  • Other regions: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Courier service selected

Free shipping may be available for selected products or promotional campaigns.


5. Lithium Battery Shipping Notice

Due to international shipping regulations, LiFePO4 battery cells are classified as regulated goods.

All shipments comply with applicable transport regulations, including:

  • Proper packaging

  • Safety labeling

  • Carrier-approved lithium battery handling

Delays may occur if additional documentation is required.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist with carrier claims and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
